Dynamic Exp Stages
First stage: 1-249 standard x1 rate. After the FIRST player on the server reaches 250 lvl the first stage will change to x1.5 rate and the server will enter the second stage.

Second stage: 250-499 x0.8 rate. After the FIRST player on the server reaches 500 lvl the first stage will change to x2 rate, the second stage will change to x1.2 rate and the server will enter the third stage.

Third stage: 500-599 x0.7 rate. After the FIRST player on the server reaches 600 lvl the first stage will change to x2.5 rate, the second stagethird stage will change to x1.1 rate and the server will enter the fourth stage.

Fourth stage: 600-699 x0.6 rate. After the FIRST player on the server reaches 700 lvl the first stage will change to x3 rate, the second stage will change to x2 rate, the third stage will change to x1.5 rate, the fourth stage will change to x0.9 rate and the server will enter the final stage.

Final stage: All stages remain the same as in the fourth stage and all players above lvl 700 will be on x0.5 rates for the rest of the game.
